Q. How do I ask the Icarus Trust team to help me?

A. Use the form on the contact us page to send us as much or as little detail as you want, one of our Family Friends will then be in touch to take you through the process.

Q. How will contact be made with me?

A. Contact will be by email to the address you provide on the contact us page.

Q. Is the Icarus Trust linked to any commercial operation?

A. No the Icarus Trust is a totally independent charity and has no commercial affiliations.

Q. Will I be able to choose the type of help I am provided with?

A. Yes, absolutely, your assigned Family Friend will give you a number of alternatives to choose from and you can decide which option you take.

Q. Is the service confidential and will my details be shared with anybody else?

A. The Icarus Trust operates in a totally confidential way but we do share information with Adam who we know and trust to have the best interests of our people at heart.

Q. What if I change my mind?

A. There is no obligation on your part, we just want to help if you want us to. You can simply not reply to the email from your Family Friend and they will stop contact.

Q. How can the Icarus Trust operate this service for free?

A. The Icarus Trust is staffed by volunteers and trustees who all want to help people caught up with addiction issues.
